日本来的Estima有政府承认和交通部承认和保险公司承认。
这个就算你有AP，就算你有Roadtax，就算你可以在全部洲使用。
可是没有保险就等于零。是不是如果发生车祸，我就得弃车而逃，
而且JPJ没有开保险是拿不到Roadtax的。可对方说可以那就更加肯定那张Roadtax是伪造的了。
