Vacancy - Inside Sales support (2 seats)

Office Location: Mount Austin

Working hours: 5 working days (Monday - Friday)

Basic requirement:

* Friendly and good communication skill.

* Able speak in fluent English and Mandarin.

* With positive and good working attitude.

* Negotiation skill and customer relationship.

* Good in Microsoft Office. (Working tools via Outlook email and phone call)

Job scope:

- Services existing customer accounts and obtains orders.

- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential deals.

- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products.

- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Handle sales process. (Sales quotation/Sales order)

- Coordinate with internal technical department on project schedule to update customer.

- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
