Shadwen Launches May 17 ~ PS4 & PC



Shadwen Launching on May 17

Finnish game developer Frozenbyte is happy to confirm May 17th as the release date for its upcoming stealth-action game Shadwen. The initial launch platforms include PC, PS4, OS X and Linux.

The launch price of the game will vary slightly based on platforms and stores and their pricing policies. On PC it will be $14.55 across all platforms and stores.

Shadwen will be available for purchase from Steam®, PSN™, GOG.com, Humble Store, Origin™, the Mac® App Store®, and the GeForce NOW™ store.

About Shadwen

Shadwen is a stealth-action game where the only rule is to remain unseen. Stay hidden - or the ruthless guards will kill you on sight!

Shadwen, an assassin on a quest to kill the king, has a chance encounter with an orphaned girl, Lily. She follows Shadwen on her dangerous journey, but when the ruthless guards get too close, Shadwen must take action right in front of Lily's eyes.

Will Shadwen risk the girl's budding trust by resorting to violence, or try and find another way while keeping her real purpose concealed?

《灰色》系列小组打造《遥远的未来》即将推出加入全新要素的 PS Vita 版

　　PROTOTYPE 于 2016 年 4 月 29 日，宣布 PlayStation Vita 专用文字冒险游戏《遥远的未来（果つることなき未来ヨリ）》已经在制作当中。 发售日、价格皆为未定。





　　本作是 Front Wing 在 2015 年 11 月发售的计算机专用文字冒险游戏《遥远的未来》移植版。 集合了一样是由 Front Wing 推出的《灰色（グリザイア）》系列制作小组，所打造出的全新作品，故事描写「身为零式战机驾驶的主角，向敌舰发动特攻后，却莫名来到奇幻世界」。

　　而在这次发表的 PS Vita 版当中，除了有追加许多全新事件图片以外，还有对应触控操作。 而且本作还搭载了「颜色对比调整功能」。 因为原作是配合了计算机用液晶屏幕上色的关系，所以才准备了这个，可以让画面看起来更接近 EIZO 推出的「EV2736W-FS」的调整功能。

Front Wing 在 2015 年 11 月才刚发售的 Windows 专用文字冒险游戏《遥远的未来》，已经决定要推出 PS Vita 版了！

《遥远的未来》是一款由推出了游戏、动画、漫画等，众多不同媒体作品，并且获得众多玩家好评的《灰色》系列作制作小组，重新集合后打造出的奇幻风格大作。 本作故事描写身为零式战机驾驶员的游戏主角，明明是要对敌舰发动特攻，却不知为何迷失到一个奇幻世界。

主角来到的这个世界，有龙族和犬族等等，和人类拥有同等智能，身上却又带着其他动物的身体特征或是能力的「亚人种」，他们和由纯种人类「新人种」所构成，而且不承认亚人种有人权的国家「维斯拉公国（ヴィスラ公国）」之间，持续处在战争状态，身为大日本帝国军人的主角，也将会投入他们的战争当中......

本作追加许多充满魅力的全新图片，终于要在 PS Vita 上登场了！

★ 加入让色调更贴近计算机版的「颜色对比调整功能」
因为《遥远的未来》原作是计算机游戏的关系，所以在制作图片时，都是配合一般计算机用液晶屏幕上色。

但是 PS Vita 本身有搭载使用原理和液晶屏幕相差甚远的「OLED」面版的 1000 型，以及使用和计算机用液晶屏幕一样，但是色调却会略偏浅黄色之液晶面版的 2000 型存在，这两种型号和一般计算机液晶屏幕色调都相差甚远。

所以在制作时使用计算机用屏幕代表性厂商「EIZO」，推出的背光 LED 屏幕「「EV2736W-FS」出货默认值，比较计算机屏幕和 PS Vita 上实际显示出来的色调。
加入变更 PS Vita 显示图片色调，让显示出来的图片，更接近「EV2736W-FS」的「颜色对比调整功能」。

「颜色对比调整功能」有以下三种不同类型，在设定为「类型 A」或者是「类型 B」的时候，都可以自己调整各个色调的「适用量」，调整成符合自己喜好的画面。

‧「无调整」... 使用 PS Vita TV 进行游戏，或是想要使用各型号 PS Vita 特有色调进行游戏时使用的设定。
‧「类型 A」... 调整 PS Vita 1000 型使用的 OLED 面版，其更贴近原色的色调，使画面更接近计算机版。

PS Vita 版《新释・剑之街的异乡人 ～黑色宫殿～》公布首波宣传影片

　　游戏开发商 Experience（エクスペリエンス）预定于 2016 年 7 月 21 日推出，实体版、下载版以及限量 5,000 套，ベニー松山执笔原创小说同捆的限定版售价均为 3,800 日币的 PS Vita 版迷宫 RPG 新作《新释・剑之街的异乡人 ～黑色宫殿～》（新釈・剣の街の异邦人 ～黒の宫殿～），日前公布首波宣传影片，采用了久保田早纪的代表曲「 异邦人」作为 BGM，由知名作曲家神保直明负责编曲，前半段介绍本作世界观及故事概要，后半段则透过实机画面介绍游戏内容。 另外，官网也将陆续释出由ベニー松山执笔的小说供玩家欣赏。

Dex for PS4 & Xbox One Launches July 8

Dex is coming to consoles and GoG!

As you may know, Dex has already been refused twice by GoG and it looked like that was, well, that. But we hate giving up, so we contacted GoG again and reopened negotiations. Successfully this time. So, it is with great joy that we announce Dex is set to become available on GoG in the coming months and will include support for achievements via GoG Galaxy.

Dex will be made available on GoG in its special edition, which includes the soundtrack, new art book and other bonus materials.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to announce that Dex is coming out on consoles on 8th of July 2016. Under the wings of our publisher, Badland Games, Dex will be available for Xbox One as a digital version and for PS4 as both digital and physical versions.



We are still working on a version of Dex for PS Vita and Wii U. Stay tuned. We’ll announce those release dates as soon as we can.

Postal Redux Launches May 20 for PC, Q4 2016 for PS4

   

Postal Redux to Release on Steam May 20th 2016

Postal Redux, an HD remaster of the classic 19-year-old twin-stick shooter, will arrive on Steam, May 20th for Windows. More than just a remaster, Postal Redux will include new levels and a challenging new gameplay mode called Rampage.

Console gamers will be able to relish the rapid-fire action enjoyed by millions of their PC counterparts in Q4 2016 when Running With Scissors releases the game on PlayStation 4, marking the franchise’s first appearance on console. SteamOS and Mac gamers will be able to enjoy Postal Redux soon after the Windows Release.

With the new powerful addition of Rampage, Postal fans will go wild. The outrageous single-player game play mode rewards an aggressive style of play by increasing a multiplier for each consecutive kill in a streak. Players will receive a score and letter grade following the completion of each level. Rampage Mode will incentivize gamers to replay levels using different strategies to increase their score. Players will be able to compete with their friends for the highest scores on Steam. Rampage gives gamers endless hours of fun, with its addictive and replayable gameplay.

One of the new levels, The Carnival, will give gamers the opportunity to explore and battle through an amusement park filled with classic rides including a Ferris wheel. A new final level will also be added.

Postal Redux takes place in a world gone MAD. Crazed gunmen armed to the teeth and overly-aggressive law enforcement will shoot anyone. Players control The Postal Dude, a man who lives by his own rules and is teetering on the brink of sanity, as he fights back with a high-powered arsenal through a kill-or-be-killed psychological thriller.

The core of what made the original Postal world-renowned returns as strongly as ever in Postal Redux; the tense atmosphere, demonic narrator and unapologetic subject matter is faithfully updated in this modernized version of one of the most iconic symbols for free speech in gaming history.

　　SIEK（Sony Interactive Entertainment Korea）在10日所举办的“2016 PlayStation韩国开发者大会”中介绍了许多韩国制作的PS4新作。 其中NEOWIZ发表了正在开发中的PlayStation 4专用音乐游戏《DJMAX RESPECT》。

   

　　《DJMAX RESPECT》是《DJMAX》系列首次登上PLAYSTATION 4的作品。 收录过去10年中在《DJMAX》中出现的各种曲目，作为一个"All in One" 的大合辑，并加入了《DJMAX RESPECT》才有的新要素。

　　本作主要由《DJMAX Portable》、《DJMAX Portable 2》的所有乐曲构成，然后以DLC的形式提供《DJMAX Portable：Clazziquai Edition》、《DJMAX Portable：Black Square》、《DJMAX Portable 3》、《DJMAX TECHNIKA》系列的乐曲。

DJMax Respect announced for PS4

Neowiz Games and Rocky Studio announced DJMax Respect for PlayStation 4 during a PlayStation Developer Conference in South Korea today.

The rhythm game, due out in South Korea in January 2017, is an “all-in-one” game featuring the songs of DJMax Portable and DJMax Portable 2, a local two-player mode, an online mode, arcade mode, mission mode, and gallery mode. Songs from DJMax Portable Clazziquai Edition, DJMax Portable Black Square, DJMax Portable 3, DJMax Technika, and DJMax Technika 3 are also planned as downloadable content.

Star Trek Online Coming to PS4, Xbox One

Today, Perfect World Entertainment, a leading publisher of free-to-play MMORPGs, and Cryptic Studios announced plans to bring Star Trek Online, the free-to-play MMORPG based on the Star Trek franchise, to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in Fall 2016. At the console launch, Star Trek Online will offer over six years’ worth of content, including over 130 featured episodes that build upon classic Star Trek stories and series as they play alongside a cast of Star Trek actors including Jeri Ryan (Seven of Nine), Michael Dorn (Worf), Tim Russ (Tuvok) and more.

Star Trek Online for consoles will bring two expansions and 11 seasons’ worth of updates for players looking to immerse themselves in the world of Star Trek. Each player’s adventure will begin as they choose from classic Star Trek factions including Federation, Klingon and Romulans, as well 32 species to customize their own Captain with millions of customization options available. While playing through content in Star Trek Online, players will be able to visit iconic locations including Vulcan, Deep Space Nine, Earth Space Dock and more. Fly through the galaxy of Star Trek Online, with hundreds of classic Star Trek ships available, and engage in ship-to-ship combat. Players will be able to play through the game’s story content and reach the level 60 cap, all for free.

In addition to the countless hours of content, Cryptic Studios has also made considerable updates to the game engine to offer upgraded visuals and an enhanced user experience for console. Learning from the recent launch success of Neverwinter on Xbox One, the Star Trek Online team has created a control scheme that allows players to navigate both the space and ground combat with ease.

Star Trek Online is a free-to-play massively multiplayer online game where players can pioneer their own destiny as Captain of a Federation starship, become a Klingon Warrior and champion the Empire through the far reaches of the galaxy, or rebuild the Romulan legacy as the commander of a Romulan Republic Warbird. Wild Guns Reloaded Announced for PS4
西部牛仔大战 PS4新作《荒野之枪：重装上阵》公布

　　经典的动作游戏《荒野之枪》由于是SFC后期的作品，可能很多国内玩家不知道这款游戏。游戏色彩及其鲜艳，现在看起来都不落后。这部1994年发售的作品风靡一时，也成为其开发商Natsume的巅峰之作。时隔22年，这部作品终于回来了。

　　今日开发商Natsume及Natsume Atari联合公布了PS4新作《荒野之枪：重装上阵》，该作预计于今秋上市，将在E3 2016游戏展上进行首次展示。

　　《荒野之枪》是一款快节奏的射击游戏，融合了蒸汽朋克和荒野西部的元素。玩家可以使用Clint、Annie这两个角色中选取一人进行战斗，或在多人模式[词语过滤-#0048]同战斗。每个角色有着专属武器，可进行跳跃、潜水、滚动子弹、射击敌人等动作。

The Banner Saga 2 for PS4 & Xbox One Launches July 26



Console Release Date Announced for Banner Saga 2

Stoic, an independent game development company, and Versus Evil, one of the leading independent video game publishers, today announced that Banner Saga 2 will launch on Tuesday 26th July, 2016 on PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system and to the Xbox One via the ID@Xbox self-publishing program. Banner Saga 2 recently released on PC and Mac where it received excellent reviews across the board. Check out the accolades trailer here.

Banner Saga 2 is the exciting sequel to the award winning, BAFTA nominated, indie hit The Banner Saga, an epic Viking role-playing strategy game where a player's choice directly affects their personal journey.

“We are happy that we were able to create a development schedule where the console version of Banner Saga 2 could come out shortly after the PC version,” said John Watson, Technical Director at Stoic. “Although our team size dictated what we could do with the first release, we knew that a two year wait for the sequel was just not acceptable, so we worked extremely hard to ensure that console gamers could continue their journey in a timely fashion.
